Science and Technology Australia Need Your Help! (September 1, 2012)

Science and Technology Australia want to send 226 copies of The Geek Manifesto: Why Science Matters to Federal Parliament – that’s one copy for every politician in the House. But time is running out – will you pledge to buy one copy before 17 September when 200 scientists go to Canberra to deliver them?

What percentage of our federal parliamentarians will examine let alone read Mark Henderson's plea is a moot question, but even if it is only 10%, it will have been a worthwhile exercise.

To date Science and Technology Australia have received donations to buy 61 copies leaving the purchase of 165 copies to be funded in the next 2.5 weeks.

TFW is funding the purchase of 10 copies.
