The Ambitions of the Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research. (March 20, 2009)

Yesterday Kim Carr, the Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research, addressed the Association of Pacific Rim Universities which is "a consortium of 42 leading research universities in the Pacific Rim".

During his address he spoke of the Minister of Education, Julia Gillard's and his ambitions for Australian academe. What the delegates made of those ambitions hasn't been reported.
