The best way to get from Ben-Gurion Airport (Tel-Aviv) to Haifa is by
railway. The timetables and the prices you can find here:
Israel Railways.
Your destination is Hof Ha-Carmel (not Haifa!!). From there you can get
to Dan Panorama hotel or to the University either by taxi or by bus:
∙ Dan Panorama -- lines 3, 99, 133 (each 15 minutes until
22:50)
∙ University -- line 46 (each hour until 18:30)
You can get from Dan Panorama hotel to the University either by taxi or by
bus line 37 (each 15 minutes).
