This is the Webcast of the 24^th public meeting of US President Obama's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST). It is unique in that members of the UK's Prime Minister's Council for Science and Technology are guests of PCAST. Included in the delegation are the co-chairs Professor Mark Walport, the Prime Minister's Chief Science Advisor and Professor Nancy Rothwell, President and Vice-Chancellor of Manchester University.
