Court Slams HHS Secretary Sebelius' Ruling Restricting Access to Plan B
Contraception. (April 14, 2013)
In December 2011, US Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius overruled the FDA's (Federal Drug Administration) recommendation on making the "morning after pill" (Plan B One-Step) available over the counter for females under the age of 17.
