The ABC online has two references to Professor Chubb since he assumed the Chief Scientist's role:
Not quite the same as the relationship of John Holdren with US President Barack Obama, where he is advisor to the President for Science and Technology and also Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, or John Beddington's position as Chief Scientific Adviser to the UK Government where he is the personal adviser on science and technology-related activities and policies to the Prime Minister and the Cabinet; and head of the Government Office for Science.
