PCAST Update -- First Meeting for 2011. (January 7, 2011)

The first meeting of the US President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) at the beginning of the second decade of this millennium is scheduled for January 7, 2011 Wash.

Among the speakers -- the new director of National Science Foundation, Subra Sureesh, and James Wagner, Vice-Chair, Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues will discuss synthetic biology.

As with previous meetings, the proceedings will be webcast and an archive made available through TFW shortly after it is made available in complete form..
