Greens Senator Christine Milne Gives Environment Minister Peter Garrett a Right Swift Serve. (January, 6 2009)

The Minister for Environment, Heritage and Arts, Peter Garrett was forceful in announcing his non-decision regarding approval of the Gunns' pulp-mill project for Tasmania's Tamar Valley. Defending his judgement on the ABC's 7:30 Report he repeated his posturing. The Canberra Times referred to Mr Garrett's approach as: "Clayton's tough talk mere weasel words".
