Boris Chorny
Brief CV

I am a mathematician working in Algebraic Topology.

Research interests: Homotopy theory, Homotopical Algebra, Calculus of Functors, Category Theory.

Education and previous emploiment:

I obtained my PhD from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2003. My thesis advisor was Prof. E. Dror Farjoun.

In 2003—2005 I was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Wester Ontario under the supervision of Rick Jardine and Dan Christensen. Next, I spent one year in ETH with Paul Balmer, and two and a half years 2006—2008 in ANU with Amnon Neeman.

I arrived to Oranim in March 2009.
